01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, games, and services (together, the “Services”) provided by 12 Towers Interactive (“12 Towers”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an entity incorporated in India. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, also constitute an “electronic record” and “intermediary”-related publication under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms. Under Indian law, a contract with a minor is not enforceable, so if you are under 18 you may use the Services only under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you’re using the Services on behalf of someone else or an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these Terms for them.
03 Your licence to play
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services for your own non-commercial enjoyment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
04 Acceptable use
To keep things fun and fair for everyone, and to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the Services.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised bots or mods, or otherwise interfere with fair play.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except where the law expressly permits it.
- Disrupt, overload, introduce viruses or malicious code into, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable under applicable Indian law.
05 Intellectual property
The Services — including our games, characters, artwork, music, text, logos, and the 12 Towers name and branding — are owned by 12 Towers or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. You may not use our branding or assets without our prior written permission.
06 Your content & feedback
If the Services let you submit content, you keep ownership of what you create, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and use that content as needed to operate the Services. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them freely to improve our games and Services, without obligation to you.
07 Purchases & virtual items
Some Services may offer paid features or in-game items. Any purchases are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider under their terms, and applicable Indian taxes (such as GST) may apply. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, other applicable law, or the relevant store’s policy.
08 Third-party services
Our Services rely on third parties such as app stores, hosting, analytics, and advertising providers, and may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09 Availability & changes
We’re an independent studio and our Services evolve. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services — including individual games or features — at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10 Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual-property, disclaimers, and liability terms) will continue to apply.
11 Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12 Towers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13 Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer, the courts at the place where 12 Towers Interactive has its registered office in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Consumer complaints may also be pursued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any grievances relating to content or data may be raised with our Grievance Officer as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
